Ensigna Construction is delivering a focused and high-impact internal refurbishment for the Aquinas Training & Development Centre, located at Trinity Primary School in Bromley. This £90,000 scheme enhances the facility’s functionality and comfort by reconfiguring existing underused areas into a vibrant new staff kitchen, breakout zone, study space, and training room kitchenette.

Our works involve the conversion of two former storerooms into a welcoming, fully serviced kitchen area, alongside improvements to the adjoining study and meeting spaces to support professional development for teaching staff. The scope includes mechanical and electrical upgrades, new drainage and domestic services, energy-efficient lighting, and improved heating—all delivered with minimal disruption to the operational school setting.

Ensigna’s in-house team will coordinate all trades, ensuring precise delivery of ventilation systems, IP-rated LED lighting, modern kitchen appliances, and fire-safe infrastructure. Our experienced site management will ensure compliance with British Standards, Health & Safety regulations, and the Trust’s safeguarding expectations.
