Scope of Works

Ensigna Construction delivered a comprehensive £800k refurbishment of the Moonshot Centre in New Cross as part of Lewisham Council’s Corporate Estate Maintenance Programme. Works included full roof replacement, M&E upgrades, brickwork repairs, internal redecoration, window replacements, and new flooring. Despite complex logistics and a tight programme, the project was completed on time and within budget. The result is a safer, more energy-efficient, and modernised facility that better serves the local community. The Challenges
