A Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB), Chartered Building Engineer (MCABE), and Chartered Building Surveyor (AssocRICS). His diverse qualifications reflect his comprehensive expertise in construction management, quality assurance, and compliance. Adam is also a qualified Clerk of Works (MICWCI), ensuring every project adheres to the highest standards of quality and functionality. His meticulous attention to detail and hands-on approach to inspections enable him to identify potential issues early, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceeding client expectations. Adam’s expertise plays a vital role in maintaining and improving Ensigna’s Quality Management System (QMS), integrating best practices to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Since joining Ensigna, Adam has led the company’s expansion into new sectors, including design & build, leisure and new-build projects, while continuing to strengthen its reputation in healthcare and education projects.
