The Role

Ensigna Construction is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team, specialising in public sector estates. This role involves overseeing the successful delivery of projects across local authority estates includes upgrading public facilities to better serve their communities, often integrating energy-efficient solutions and ensuring compliance with the latest building regulations, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple contracts, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to quality, compliance, and safety. Join us and play a key role in shaping impactful projects that serve communities across the South East of England.

Requirements

Relevant Qualifications:

Degree or HNC/HND in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

Professional Accreditation:

Membership with a recognised body such as CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building) or RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

Health & Safety Certification:

Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and First Aid at Work certification.
