Client: Private Residential
Value: £90,000
Duration: 12 weeks
Completion: 2025
Ensigna Construction has been appointed to deliver a beautifully crafted outdoor kitchen and oak-framed garden room as part of a wider landscape transformation for a private domestic client. This £90,000 project blends bespoke carpentry, high-end finishes, and sensitive garden integration to create a stunning multifunctional space for year-round outdoor living.
Working in collaboration with Nina Baxter Garden Design and a specialist oak frame supplier, the scheme includes the construction of a fully equipped outdoor kitchen set beneath a timber pergola attached to a new garden room. Precision is key, with traditional oak detailing, concealed post fixings, and carefully selected finishes such as Osmo UV protection oils and stainless steel anchors for lasting durability and aesthetic appeal.
The outdoor kitchen is complemented by Yorkstone paving, brick retaining walls, and Somerset Buff gravel paths, creating a tactile, harmonious transition between built structure and soft landscaping. Our scope includes forming foundations, structural joinery, electrical ducting, drainage provision, and coordinating with M&E contractors for utility connections to support future cooking facilities.
Ensigna’s delivery approach prioritises craftsmanship, site sensitivity, and seamless coordination between garden design, construction, and bespoke supply chain elements. Our team will manage all aspects of the works while maintaining the integrity of surrounding planting schemes and respecting the established residential setting.
This elegant, thoughtfully detailed build elevates the garden into a year-round entertaining and wellbeing space—showcasing Ensigna’s capability in delivering unique small-scale construction projects with precision, quality, and flair.
